Train Space was started in 2020 by Freddy M. Satizabal a coach and educator for companies like Equinox, Global Bodyweight Training. Train Space was built in efforts to create a community and space where fitness professionals and movement enthusiast alike can share a space for coaching, education, community in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Train Space does offer its own services with an emphasis on holistic health. We offer personalized remote programs that include sleep, stress and nutritional guidance. The facility also provides educational workshops on kinesiology principles and fitness development for all levels. The vibrant community at Train Space supports and inspires members, creating connections beyond workouts.

Group Exercise Class

Small Group Training

Join our strength and conditioning small group class at Om Movement every Tuesday and Thursday at 8am. The class lasts 60-65 minutes, with a group warm-up and cool-down, followed by 9 stations that are challenging, yet focus on decreasing joint pain and discomfort while improving performance. Golf Performance small group training is a great way to get personalized attention on your golf drive while building muscle and cardiovascular endurance. Classes are all led by a certified personal trainer that specializes in biomechanics, postural adherence, and golf-specific exercises, all while also enjoying the camaraderie of a group setting. In this six-week program, you'll receive expert guidance on nutrition, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise to help you achieve your fitness goals.
